Internet Aptitude Testing Procedure:
Potential new hire candidates sit for a internet based engineering aptitude test. Aptitude tests are automatically graded with the results recorded to a Company Account in EITexam's database. Automatic E-mail notification of aptitude test results can also be provided to the applicant and company personnel for use in employment screening / employment testing. Company Account Access :
Access to Company Accounts in EITexam's database is via the internet by company administrative personnel. Company accounts are password and key code protected. The accent records can be used for employment screening / employment testing. Show Sample Account .
Aptitude Test Configuration:
Aptitude tests questions are obtained from EITexam's database of over 5000 problems. Test questions can be from the general college engineering subjects, or from the specific engineering disciplines. The type of testing questions and difficulty is determine by company personnel. Testing questions can be randomly generated providing a unique test to each user or be a standard set of questions common to all users. The order of questions for a standard test can be randomly generated to provide a degree of test uniqueness. Test can be timed. Show Sample Aptitude Test .
Typical charges for establishing a Company Account are as follows:
One time account set-up fee - $1000
User fee - $100 per user for 6 months of access
Example: The cost to set-up and establish a 10 question test for 10 potential new hire candidates would be:
$1000 + 10 (100) = $2000. The cost to renew this account every 6 months would be 10 (100) = $1000.
